Return Policy
To return a purchase, your items must meet following conditions:
l Be returned within the warranty periods
l Be in its proper condition fitting into Warranty Terms
l Be returned with its original stamps and packaging

HCQS reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address or be abandoned if customer fail to confirm in two (2) months at our discretion.
Please note that it is important to ship international packages using standard shipping and your country’s local shipping carrier. For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number.
Our helpful service team will attempt to correct any minor issues that might be causing the product failure. If the technical service and support representative is unable to resolve the issue, product replacement/price deduction are provided to the customer.

Warranty Terms
HCQS warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship. Under normal use and service, every hardware portion of the products will be free from physical defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period, or the product will be repaired or replaced as determined solely by HCQS.
HCQS HO3™ LCDs carry a lifetime warranty. Some HCQS product carries different warranty periods due to the nature of the product’s design, manufacture or expected use, the warranty applies from the date of purchase by the first customer.
HO3™ Lifetime Warranty
l We provide lifetime warranty on all HO3 LCDs.
l The initial judgment of the returned HO3 LCD is based on whether it is installed or not. HCQS warrants all uninstalled LCD with no physical damage.
l HCQS will provide you a summary of the testing results. We ask that you review these results and send us your acknowledgement. Usually this process is completed within 2 weeks of receiving your screens.
l We can issue product exchange, price refund or price deduction for the returned HO3 LCD after it is tested.
l Installed HO3 LCD with minimal signs of wear including slight scratches enjoys warranty, except for:
n Broken LCD
n Water damage
n Obvious physical damage
LCD Assembly One-year Warranty
We will replace any LCD assembly we sell, should it fail due to defects in materials or workmanship, under normal installation, use and service, while under warranty.
l LCD Assembly with Non-artificial damage
l The Product Issue fitting into the categories of Unstable Product and Defect Product

iPad One-year Warranty
We will replace any iPad we sell, should it fail due to defects in materials or workmanship, under normal installation, use and service, while under warranty
l Defect iPad with slight scratch is in warranty
l Defect iPad with damaged protective film and/or back tape is in warranty
OEM Battery Six-Month Warranty
We will replace any OEM battery we sell, should it fail due to defects in materials or workmanship, under normal installation, use and service, while under warranty
l Deformation, flex cable damage or other sighs of damage is unwarranted.
ELEEXP® Battery One-year Warranty
We will replace any ELEEXP® battery we sell, should it fail due to defects in materials or workmanship, under normal installation, use and service, while under warranty.
Small Parts One-year Warranty
We will replace any small part we sell, should it fail due to defects in materials or workmanship, under normal installation, use and service, while under warranty
l Connector deformation, flex cable damage or other sighs of damage is unwarranted.
Refurbish Material One-year Warranty
We will replace any refurbish material we sell, should it fail due to defects in materials or workmanship, under normal installation, use and service, while under warranty
Product Use
Many factors beyond HCQS’ control and uniquely within user’s knowledge and control can affect the use and performance of a HCQS product in a particular application. Given the variety of factors that can affect the use and performance of a HCQS product, user is solely responsible for evaluating the HCQS product and determining whether it is fit for a particular purpose and suitable for user’s method of application.
Exceptions/Exclusions
HCQS warranty does not cover:
sProduct exceeds the warranty period
sFailure due to misuse, abuse, modification, accident or collision
sImproper storage, improper installation
sNormal wear and tear
sProduct without clear anti-counterfeit mark and/or date tag
sBroke, water damaged, moisture products
sDisassembled products
Obvious physical damages are out of warranty:

Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited by law, HCQS will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the HCQS product, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including warranty, contract, negligence or strict liability.
* HCQS reserves the right to change warranty terms and remedies without notice.
* Liability from this guarantee shall be restricted to the purchase price of the products affected.
* A warranty claim may require product analysis prior to issuance of a deduction or replacement, which may take up to three (3) business day to process.

Notice:
*HCQS will provide an exchange for defect product or replacement product with equivalent value.
*Replacement often shipped with.
*Returns that mismatch our warranty policy shall be abandoned if customer fail customer next new order. to confirm in two (2) months.
Package and Packing
Quick Tips
If you are short of time, here are some basics of good packing.
Step 1 – Assess
Consider the weight & fragility of shipment contents
Value of content being shipped
Packing requirements prescribed by transportation regulations
Step 2 – Pack
Use quality double wall boxes
Ensure distance between shipment content and all walls of the box
Fill all void space
Step 3 – Seal
Use pressure sensitive tapes
Adopt H-taping method to seal all edge and seams
Step 4 – Label
Appling shipment label to the top surface of your package
Clearly display shipment label on a single surface
Recommended Solution
Electronics such as LCDs and components are fragile and must be protected against damage. Retail packaging is usually not enough to provide adequate protection during transit. HCQS recommends the use of the box-in-box packing technique for the transportation of all electronic goods.
(1) Repack the Product
Repack the product in the original manufacturer’s packaging complete with inner cushioning material. If the original packaging is no longer available or damaged, wrap the item in plastic clamshells or multiple layers of bubble wrap as below shown.

(2) Use Box-in-Box Packing Technique
Source a strong outer box, this box should be strong enough to protect your item. We suggest a dual-wall box. Place filler material on the base of the outer box before placing the inner box inside. Ensure a gap is maintained on all sides before surrounding the inner box with more filler material. Fill all available space for best results.

(3) Wrap items individually and use dividers
When shipping multiple items in a single package, always wrap each item individually and separate with corrugated inserts or other divider materials as appropriate.
Dividers are helpful to avoid damage caused by individual items making contact during transit,

(4) Leave No Empty Space
It is important to completely fill empty space within the box to avoid contents moving during transit which can cause damage to both contents and box.

(5) Seal the box
Close and seal the box by H-taping with pressure sensitive tape.
